Our Founder
Dave is a transformative catalyst who helps leadership teams expand their full potential to become super-effective in hyper-complexity.
His purpose is to expand leadership potential so that together, we create a ripple effect of unity in a divided world.
Dave's leadership foundation emerged as a fighter pilot and senior leader in the Israeli Air Force. Over fifteen years, he led hundreds of missions beyond enemy lines.
He replaced his warrior identity and command and control style with love, compassion, and oneness without losing his capability to operate and coach senior leaders to excel in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) situations.
Dave's career was all around. He was a management consultant, VP of Operations, and CFO of Nasdaq-listed companies. He served as the COO and CEO of a multinational company and co-founder CEO of a tech startup.
Dave worked in Israel for two decades, followed by two decades in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore, leading multinational teams in 34 countries.
Since he moved to the USA in 2016, he has worked with and certified by the world's top developmental psychologists for a few years, integrating adult/vertical development theories into a cohesive and accessible framework for transforming individuals, teams, organizations, and perhaps society.
Dave has led wide-scale leadership development efforts in global companies, coaching hundreds of leaders and teams that have made significant transformations documented in various case studies.
His clients transform the hard-wired default behaviors that get in the way of unitive leadership, adapt new lenses that enable them to manage polarities, see patterns and shades of gray, hold opposite perspectives, become more expansive, and develop the capacity to see and change blind spots.
Dave authors the Potential Development newsletter, Outgrow Middle Management—Accelerate Your Climb to the Top (Morgan James Publishing, 2014), and the forthcoming book CEO Capacity Indicator.
He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Ainsley, plays guitar, skis, hikes, works out, dances, and ‘parents’ three grown-up children (and two cats).
Our Coaches
We engage a network of coaches around the globe for various engagements based on client’s specifications, needs, and requirements.
All our coaches are accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), holding Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation for executive coaching and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) for team coaching as well as certified in the many tools, frameworks, and methodologies we use.
Our Technology
Our clients get access to our comprehensive leadership portal in which we host the frameworks, models, and tools so that clients can learn between sessions (we don’t teach during sessions)
We record all our coaching sessions and provide the recordings, transcriptions, and AI notes to our clients so they can reflect on their development between sessions.
We hold all our sessions on Zoom except offsites and retreats. We’re a completely virtual company
We are beta-testing an AI platform that joins teams in business meetings and provides real-time individual and collective data about their effectiveness.
Our Fees
We offer innovative, transparent, and standardized fees despite the tailor-made services we customize for every client.
Our fees are all-inclusive except travel expenses to offsites and retreats. They include our technology platforms, tools, assessments, debriefs, coaching sessions, and prep time.
We charge like a SaaS platform in which clients enroll in our services on a monthly subscription without a defined timeframe and can cancel at any time without advanced notice.
Our starting fees are $2,000/month per team member for our top team, inclusive of ALL our services. When we start, all the components are critical to make a transformative change.
However, after accomplishing a transformative change, we may reduce the intensity of the 1-on-1 coaching (which is the biggest chunk of the time), and reduce our fees accordingly.
Similarly, after accomplishing a transformative change and inviting the second-tier leadership to join the programs, we adjust the fees to reflect a higher ratio of team/group coaching to individual coaching so that the expansion is affordable.
